Training of The Seamen

    Xiamen Seamen Training Center,a center hosted by Fujian Xiamen Shipping Corporation,China was estabilished in 1987.The beautiful and quiet campus is located at the coast of Huangcuo and the Ring Road.The center boasts its various teaching equipment and facalities that match the training programs,including multi-media classrooms,equipment exhibition room,bases for actual practies and many a consultative ships for probation,together with a team of high quality teaching staff that are rich in shipping experience.The center mainly engages ib the professional training of acquainting the seamen approved by National Maritime Bureau with basic safety,boating and rafting,first aids,and advanced fire prevention,and offers special training of safety knowledge,safe operation,crude oil tank cleaning to seamen at the oil tankers and also training for passebger liners.The quality system set up by the center in 1999 for the education and training of seamen has passed the verification and certification of the National Maritime Bureau.
